Self hypnosis is for anyone who wants to be in control of their life. If you know what to do to improve your life but are not sure how to do it, this is the tool for you.

 

There are many ways to do self hypnosis after you learn all about what it is and how it works. You can use self hypnosis to access and heal emotional causes which underly physical symptoms or complaints.

 

You can heal yourself physically, mentally and emotionally with self hypnosis. Using this tool you will consider the changes you desire and reduce them to their essence, often in the form of an affirmation, suggestion, or key word.

 

To be more effective suggestions have to be;

 

 *present tense

 *positive

 *precise

 *provable (measurable)

 *believable

 

The use of self hypnosis is a skill. Through practice you will improve, like playing an instrument.
