Why 30 Days

Most people have heard that it takes at least 21 days to change a habit. Your subconscious brain and the synapses relating to the habit need to be shifted and changed little by little over time and, most importantly, CONSISTENTLY, for at least a 21-day period.

We may need more than 21 days for lasting changes!!!

The long-accepted minimum of 21 days has been reinforced by a NASA study, in which astronauts proved that it takes approximately 26 to 30 days of mental reconditioning for the subconscious mind to change and accept a new reality.

In that study, astronauts were fitted 24 hours a day with goggles that inverted their visual fields. This visually turned their entire world upside down. To monitor the stress of constant inversion, physiological responses, such as higher blood pressure and heart rate, were tracked. It was not until 26 to 30 days, after beginning to wear the glasses, that the astronauts began to mentally accept their altered world and show physical signs of being unstressed and comfortable in their new environment.

In fact, some of the astronauts took off their goggles for a period of time and they found that the reconditioning started again.

This means that you need consistent, daily focus and attention over a 26-30 day span.

The actual neural impulses in your conscious brain travel between 120 and 140 miles per hour, while unconscious impulses travel at nearly 800 times that speed. This allows your unconscious brain to process information at 400 billion bits per second, compared to the measly 2,000 bits per second of your conscious brain.

We advise 30 days of EZtapping, to allow your subconscious brain, the part of you that runs approximately 94% of your life, your beliefs and your reality, to accept and make lasting changes.

Can it happen sooner? Yes of course. Every person is different. Sometimes, however, your subconscious  brain "fights" to keep the same reality because it is uncomfortable with the change and your subconscious brain sometimes resists the change because it's so familiar with your current behavior or problem. This is when consistent and persistent behavior change is important.

The Solution

Just relax and keep in mind that you might need to work through your discomfort with changes that are going on in your subconscious brain. Keep tapping for 30 days.
